Choose the right API.

HXP coordinates conversations and work. Journey Core owns loyalty, balances and benefit fulfillment. Member, partner and machine APIs have distinct credentials and scopes; an HXP key does not grant access to every Journey API.

Platform authentication

Stay in sync, deliberately.

HXP’s machine event feed supports cursor-based polling and reconciliation. It does not currently provide outbound webhooks, message creation or guest sending. Connected channels have their own setup and approval flow.

Messaging API contract

Know what “done” means.

HXP Action completion records team progress. Benefit fulfillment and provider delivery remain separate confirmations. Use version checks, idempotent requests and authoritative receipts for the operation you perform.
